PfS shortlisted as 'Best Team' in national awards

Partnerships for Schools (PfS) has been shortlisted in the 'Best Central Government Team' category in the Public Private Finance Awards 2010.

Last year PfS was named as the 'Best Government/Government Agency Team' in the annual awards. This year PfS is one of three teams in the running for the prize in the 12th annual PPF Awards, which will be announced on 13 May.

Tim Byles, Chief Executive of PfS, has been shortlisted for the 'Individual Contribution' award recognising his leadership of the organisation since November 2006 during which time the remit of PfS has expanded to encompass the full suite of schools capital projects.

A number of Building Schools for the Future projects and local authorities have been shortlisted in various categories including:
